Preparing for the Big Day

Dicing Onions

Ben Stenger, brother of Sr. Amelia, sharpens all the knives needed to prepare vegetables.
He came from Missouri to help with the picnic.


Peeling potatoes took a little while but everyone joined together to complete the task.

Onions, onions and more onions were prepared for burgoo, hamburgers and potato salad.

(All hands were surgically scrubbed before mixing began.)
